Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful con.
On Sunday, just as the con was winding down (I’d estimate some time around 4:00 PM), my younger sister lost a white stuffed bull plushie that is very important to her. We were in the Pratt Street lobby area, and someone picked it up after it fell out of her bag on our way to the restrooms.
I’ve been checking back fairly regularly with the BCC lost and found services, and the Otakon staff was very helpful in our search, but we were unable to find the little guy. If you were the one who picked him up, I’d really appreciate it if you could get in contact with me— email (fairfaxec@gmail.com), tumblr asks, anything! It’s very important to both myself and her that I get him back.I’m willing to offer a reward of a small plushie (and that includes homestuck plushies!!) for his safe return! I’d greatly appreciate if you could reblog this to help spread the word.
If you guys could help her out that would be so wonderful!!! And if anyone knows what happened to him, I’d be willing to draw something for you as an added reward!!

It’s time for the legend of Farts Tavros
Once upon a time, Rumminov and I went to the Homestuck draw party and met this cosplayer, who is now (to us, at least) only known as the legendary Farts Tavros. They were hilarious and hung out with us for a little while, and together we created a Farts Club, which only the coolest people could join. A tiny little God Tier John approached us and asked to join our prestigious club, to which Farts Tavros demanded “ONLY IF YOU FART FOR US.” John then proceeded to “Do the Windy Thing”. It was fucking hilarious.
We continued to see Farts Tavros throughout the night, and undoubtedly they were probably one of the best random people that we met at the con. Unfortunately, we don’t know their tumblr url, if they have one. If they do, I want to follow the shit out of you, Farts Tavros. You were goddamn hilarious.

You were super adorable and you came up to me in the artist alley and I was just so thrilled because you were just the sweetest thing. omg. And your friend was a true friend, telling me that you were stalking me and all. Real friends do that kind of shit. What a couple of darlings.

The wonderful 3half was cusp Aradia/Feferi!!! She was one of about eight or nine people to come up to me and ask me the password (WHICH I WAS SO THRILLED ABOUT, I DIDN’T THINK PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY DO THAT AND IT WAS SUPER CUTE TO HAVE PEOPLE BE LIKE “I HAVE A SUPER IMPORTANT QUESTION FOR YOU………HOW DID BABY DAVE DIE??”). We got to meet up above the fountains and I’m so glad I got to see her because she gave me the most heartwarming, kind, and thoughtful little letter, and I wasn’t expecting it at all and honestly I’m going to treasure it forever because it was such a sweet and wonderful gesture. If I’m ever feeling down, I’ll give it a read-through, and I know it’ll help me feel less insecure.
I wish I hadn’t been such a lazy butthead before the con so that I could have given you something in return!! :( But it was so wonderful to see you and you’re seriously the sweetest person ever.

Oh my god
I’m home now and I just don’t even know where to start. I have so much to look at and so much to talk about and so much other stuff to do that isn’t even related to Otakon but all I really want to do is sleep for about 5 hours, hahaha.
Also, I haven’t seen any pictures of my cosplay yet that weren’t taken by rumminov, so if you saw me at the con and took a picture with me (fem!Equius) or if you saw me at the draw party and I drew you something (I APOLOGIZE FOR ALL OF THOSE HORRIBLE SCRIBBLES), post photos please!!! I want to see them all ; u ;
This was easily the best Otakon I’ve ever been to. It’s so much fun to be a part of a big fandom. <3
