it’s a variety of places at this point because of bandwidth issues haha

with a lot of viewers, photobucket isn’t really the best option because you only have a certain amount of bandwidth to use per month. Dropbox has similar issues. Guidestuck’s panels are spread over several different hosting sites because of that. Most recently I’ve just started using Tumblr and posting the panels on a private blog to link them on MSPFA.

last summer one of my closest and oldest friends was talking to me while we were riding in her car and she referred to the term “shipping” as “a tumblr word”

and it just made me so happy because for as much as certain types of people with particular interests—and especially people who are heavily invested in fandom—love to flock together, this girl that I’ve known my whole life who is literally my opposite in many ways loves me to death and I also couldn’t imagine life without her

I guess the point I’m trying to make here is as great as fandom friends are, having the same interests isn’t the end-all be-all of friendships, and a lot of potentially great friendships tend to get ruined by silly things like differing fandoms or differing ships or differing skill sets. There are so many things that make up who a person is, and fandom is just a tiny slice of everyone, no matter how you label yourself.

I just wanted to share that I guess
